In the above sample, we first hear the organ playing the SATB intro as found in the current hymnbook.  The enhanced piano accompaniment joins in on the first verse and soprano voices singing the vocal countermelody are added on the second.

In the sample below, we again hear the organ playing the SATB intro and the enhanced piano accompaniment is added on the first verse.  The instrumental countermelody, played by a violin, is added on the second.
